We collect the contact and project information you submit: your name, business email, company, and any phone or WhatsApp number, product requirements, quantity, destination, delivery preferences and messages you choose to provide. Product inquiries may include the product name, page link and reference identifier. Required fields are marked on each form; without them we may be unable to respond to your request.

3. Drawings, photos and attachments

You may optionally upload product photos, drawings and specification documents. The current form accepts up to 3 files, 5 MB per file and 10 MB in total, in JPG, PNG, WebP, PDF, DOCX or XLSX format. Attachments are stored in restricted server storage and included in the inquiry email; they are not published in our public media library. Only send files you are entitled to share. Avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information. If your project requires an NDA or special security arrangements, contact us before sending confidential designs.

4. Technical information and cookies

Our hosting and form systems may record IP addresses, browser and device information, the page used to submit an inquiry, timestamps and security logs. We use these to operate the site, diagnose problems and limit spam or abuse. WordPress administrative sign-in uses authentication and preference cookies. The current site does not provide a public customer account or online checkout. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions, such as page views, traffic sources and device information. Analytics cookies and tracking are enabled only after you select Accept in the cookie banner. You can decline analytics or change your choice through Cookie preferences. Technical information supports site operation and security. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, this may include steps requested before a contract, performance of an agreed contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and protecting our systems, legal obligations, or consent where required. Sending an inquiry is not a subscription to a newsletter.

6. Service providers and international processing

Authorized personnel and service providers may process information as needed for these purposes. The website runs on WordPress with Fluent Forms and Hostinger hosting. Inquiry notifications, including uploaded files, are sent to our business Gmail inbox using Google mail services. We operate in China, and hosting and email providers may process information in other countries. Applicable transfer requirements depend on the information and the countries involved; contact us before submitting information that requires specific transfer arrangements. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud or protect legal rights.

7. WhatsApp and external links

WhatsApp is an optional alternative to our form. Product buttons can prefill a product name and page link; you review and send the message yourself. Opening or using WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy. Google email processing is described in Google’s privacy policy. Other external reference links lead to independently operated websites.

8. Retention and security

Inquiry records and files may remain in our form records, restricted attachment storage, email and backups. We determine retention by whether the inquiry or order is active, whether records are needed for repeat orders, and applicable accounting, legal, dispute and security requirements. There is no automatic fixed deletion period configured for inquiry uploads. Access controls and restricted storage help protect information, but no website or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
