FAQ // 01–06
What can be customized?
Depending on the product, discuss dimensions, fabrics, lining, closures, handles, internal structure, logo application and packaging. Options and limits are confirmed for the proposed design.
How does sampling work?
We review the specifications first, then agree sample scope, charges, timing and revisions. Where required, approved samples and written specifications become the production reference.
How do you ensure quality?
Inspection references are agreed for the product, including applicable dimensions, stitching, function and packing checks. Share any additional testing or third-party inspection requirements for review.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ depends on the design, materials, colors and customization. Share the estimated quantity for each design and color so we can review a suitable production arrangement.
What are the production lead times?
Timing is confirmed for each order after the design, materials and quantity are reviewed. Production starts after the required approvals and agreed deposit. Production and transit times are discussed separately.
What should I include in my inquiry?
Send what you have: a sample, authorized reference link, drawing or brief, plus estimated quantity, customization needs, destination and target arrival date. Confidential designs can be discussed before files are shared.
